The Company is committed to assisting clients with enrollment in and attendance in educational presentations (“Services”). The Company collects information from our Clients that assists us in providing the Services. The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our Clients. The Company's Clients are located throughout the world, including some European Union (EU) countries
2. Information Collected by the Company:
The Company may collect any Personal Information that is provided to us by our Clients. This includes, without limitation, name, phone number, mailing address, email address, and educational and professional degrees of attendee an any other Personal Information that is provided to us in connection with the Site or the use of our Services. Interested parties can browse the website without revealing Personal Information.
4. How the Company Uses Information:
We only use Personal Information obtained from our Clients via the Services regarding your interest in and attendance in our courses and events therein and distribution of information regarding course content and information.
The Company uses the contact information from you register you, collect the relevant information requested and to respond to questions, comments and other requests from these individuals, including responding to inquiries about the course(s) you are enquiring about or enrolling in.
Unless you ask us not to we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about future educational opportunities.

Surveys and Contests: if you visit an exhibit or watch a product theater we may share your name, degree, email and affiliation with the exhibitor or sponsor of the product theater.
Consent: If the individual has consented to the disclosure of his or her Personal Information, the Company may share such Personal Information with others, including without limitation, a sponsor of a product theater. Except as provided in this Policy, the Company does not share our Clients' Personal Information with any other party for any purpose.

Business Transfers: In the event that another company takes over management of the courses, the Company reserves the right to include Personal Information among the information provided to the new manager, who would also be subject to privacy restrictions.
Aggregate Anonymous Information: The Company may provide anonymous information in the aggregate to our partners. None of this aggregated information will identify individuals personally.
6. Your Choices with Respect to Personal Information:
The Site gives Visitors the opportunity to stop receiving communications from the Company if previously requested. The Site also gives Visitors options for changing and modifying information previously provided. To remove or change information in our database, or to not receive future communications from the Company, email email@example.com.

The Company does not collect any Personal Information from any persons who click on these hyperlinks located on the Site.

The Company's Site and the Web sites maintained for our Clients have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The Company has implemented various physical, electronic, and managerial measures, including education and training of our personnel, to provide Personal Information with reasonable protection from accidental loss or destruction, improper use, alteration, or disclosure. The Company has invested and deployed technology and security features to ensure the privacy of Personal Information that is collected by the Company through its services and via the Site.
